Owner Operator/Claims Management Specialist – Lori Wolf & Steven Pappas

Lori and Steve founded their own Vocational Rehabilitation Firm in 1987 offering a full range of bi-lingual vocational rehabilitation services within the worker’s compensation system. Lori attended University of Arizona and UC Santa Barbara and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in her field. Steve attended California State University (Northridge) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.

In 1995, they partnered with several of the largest insurance carriers in the state of California to pioneer the concept of “Early Return to Work”.  Their Early Return to Work mission was geared toward employers taking back control over the worker’s compensation system that was plaguing their businesses, and in many cases putting them out of business altogether.

Lori & Steve’s successes speak for themselves. The results have been financially astounding and have revolutionized the way in which several insurance companies and thousands of employers now approach their workers compensation issues. They have perfected a highly effective Claims Management Program that offers “real solutions” for every case that they take on.

Over the last several years Lori and Steve have spoken at numerous seminars and conferences to educate the employer regarding their role (and their rights) in controlling their workers compensation costs. They bring simple and practical solutions to a whole array of challenges brought on by workers’ compensation claims.
